2025年6月22日は「WORLD BATHING DAY（世界温泉の日）」。入浴文化を通じて、水と人とのつながり、文化、癒し、そして地球環境への感謝を祝う国際的な記念日です。
Today, June 22nd, is World Bathing Day — an international celebration that honors our connection to water, culture, healing, and the environment through the shared tradition of bathing.
Global Sound Bathと題された関連イベントでは、世界各地の象徴的な温泉地で地域性豊かな音楽が奏でられています。
In the Global Sound Bath event, iconic hot spring sites around the world share their own local and traditional music as offerings.
長門湯本温泉のシンボル「恩湯」では、今年も日本を代表して恩湯広場にて音楽を奉納。今回は、山口県神社雅楽会のみなさまのご協力にて、神主様による雅楽の演奏を通じて、温泉という大自然の恵みに感謝を捧げました。
As Japan’s representative once again, the symbolic Onto hot spring in Nagato Yumoto offered a ceremonial music performance. With the support of the Yamaguchi Shinto Gagaku Association, priests presented a traditional gagaku performance in appreciation of the natural gift of onsen.
